He was predeceased by: his parent Louis James Horwath. He is survived by: his parent Anna Horwath (Schultz); his wives, Deborah L. Horwath (Barron) and Deb; his children, Jennifer (David) and Daniel (Cheryl); his siblings, Anna Vargo (James) and Stephen Farkas (Roberta); and his grandchildren, Tyler Kuder, Tanner Kuder, Danica Horwath and Dylan Horwath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
