He is survived by: his wife Gayle Lewis (Klein); his mother Patricia Ann Lewis (Fellowes); his children, Dylan Evan Lewis and Tegan Rhyse Lewis; his father Thomas Raymond Lewis; his brother John Lewis (Lesley); his sister-in-law Jennifer Zaro; his niece Julie; his nephew Nathan; and also Ashley.
