He was predeceased by: his parent Wayne Emory. He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Emory (Myler); his wife Ellen; his children, Michael Emory, Robert Baxter (Jessica), Franki Crist (Thomas) and Carrie Slivka (Brett); his siblings, Noel Emory (Linda) and Judy Balsamello; and his granddaughters, Spencer, Elsa and Nina. He is also survived by grandchild due in July; three nephews and two nieces.
