He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Skibo and Mary Skibo (Seruga); and his siblings, John, Andrew, Michael, George, Steve, Charles, Edward and Helen Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian L. Skibo (Yagiello); his sons, Paul A. (Tammy J.) of Lebanon and Thomas C. (June F.) of Hellertown; his grandsons, Matthew (Jamie), Mark (Jamie Deputy) and James (Brooke Womer); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Sophia and Hailey.
