She was predeceased by: her husband George E. Kisner; and her parents, Isaac Matheny and Veda Matheny (Arnett). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Mang (Daniel) of Macungie and Geoffrey Kisner (Jamison) of Orlando, FL; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Aubrey Mang, Maren and Alena Kisner.
