He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred G.; and his siblings, Alma Seyfried, Erma Hollinger, Isabel Westwood, Harvey Diefenderfer, William Diefenderfer, Kenneth Diefenderfer, Walter Diefenderfer, Charles Diefenderfer, Sheldon Diefenderfer and Maynard Diefenderfer.
He is survived by: his spouse Ruth M. Diefenderfer (Boehler); his parent Stella J. Diefenderfer (Haas); his children, Willard, Jr. of Bethlehem, Susan (James Deitos) of Macungie and Brenda (Joseph Acevedo) of Port Richey, FL; and also Melissa Moyer of Bethlehem.
