He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl and Kathleen Francis Decker (Boehm). He is survived by: his wife Claudette; his children, David R. Decker (Debbie), Debbie Schultz (Stan), Sandy Lucente (Larry) and Judy Kretzman (Brian); his sister Mary Percoski (late Leonard); his niece Sharon Murgia; and his grandchildren, Tim, Kristy, Christopher, Samantha, Shawn, Lindsay, Kori and Taylor. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway Fountain Hill 18015 for purposes of Brian Hartranft's lung transplant.
