She is survived by: her granddaughter Mary; her mother Jeanette Horvath; her sons, Jason Forsythe (Ashley Forsythe) and Brett Forsythe (Jessica Forsythe); and her sister Cheryl Bailey-Emery (Ralph Emery). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
