He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Minotto (Swoyer); his parents, Joseph and Cecelia Minotto Sr. (Minotti); and his siblings, John, Angelo, Armand, Joseph, Eugene, Anthony, Maria, Ann, Elsie, Adeline and Teresa.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Lilly), Dennis (late Kathleen), Barry (Terri) and Diane of Congo, PA; and his siblings, Catherine Sands of Douglasville, PA and Augustus Minotto of Wyomissing, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
