He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Worthington and Carrie Worthington (Smoyer). He is survived by: his daughters, Marjorie A. Worthington of Downingtown, PA, Linda J. Worthington of Tobyhanna, PA and Virginia L. Mengel (Gary) of Exeter Twp; and his granddaughter Kira.
