He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Herbein and Catharine L. Herbein (Hartman). He is survived by: his wife Alice V. Herbein (Burkhart); and his children, Nancy Miller of Exeter Twp, Michael Herbein (Beverly) of Exeter Twp and Steven Herbein (Christie) of Spring Twp. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
