He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Scott Ludwig, Sr. and Virginia Ludwig (Kline); and his brother C. Scott Ludwig, Jr.. He is survived by: his pet Boy; his nephew Peter M. Ludwig (Sarah) of Birdsboro, PA; his niece Karin L. Dushaw (Greg) of Alexandria, VA; and his stepchildren, Todd, Lori, Kim and Dorann.
