He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer S. Bitler and Anna M. Bitler (Westley); and his sister Betty A. Seidel. He is survived by: his wife Natalie L. Bitler (Moyer); his children, Timothy B. Bitler (Laura) of Robeson Twp and Beth A. Bitler of Lebanon, PA; his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Andrews (Brandon), Cory A. Fetter (Amy), Lindsey E. Machak (Joseph) and Timothy B. Bitler, Jr. (Katie Nagy); and his great grandchildren, Joie Brant, Cameron Fetter, Cooper Andrews and Teddy Andrews. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
