She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert E. Clark and Kathleen M. Clark (Hartline) of Birdsboro, PA.; her children, Alexyss L. Kennedy of Birdsboro, PA and Michael R. Spadafora of Birdsboro, PA; her sisters, Melissa L. Pusch (Brian) of Douglassville, PA and Patti J. Hetzell (Allen) of Birdsboro, PA; her grandson Giovanni; her grandmother Sara Hartline; her nieces and nephews, Brian, Lucas, Ashley and Courtney; and her close friend Dwayne Fazekas.
The family requests that any remembrance donations be made to the Berks Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd. Birdsboro, PA 19508 in Wendy's name.
