He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Jaquis (Lewis); his children, Christopher L. Jaquis of Lititz, PA and Pamela J. Imes (Steven) of Statesville, NC; his grandchildren, William H. Jaquis, III (Caitlin) of Virginia Beach, VA, Robert M. McCollum III, Adriana of Cape Carteret, NC, Jack C. McCollum, Morgan E. Jaquis and Peyton E. Jaquis of Lititz, PA; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Michalina.
