He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Altman and Anna Mae Altman (Sapp); his sister Irene Angelucci; and his niece Kandi Altman. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Altman (Valuchuck) of Blairsville, PA; his siblings, Betty Ann Miller of Brush Valley, PA, Jack Altman of Orchard Hills, PA, Kaye Craig of Shelocta, PA and Linda Peterman of Shelocta, PA; his nephew Bill Altman (Lori); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin and Taylor; and his close friend Curtis Shoup. He is also survived by several other nieces & nephews.
