He was predeceased by: his parent Bruce J. Penman; and his brother Mark C. Penman. He is survived by: his significant other Marjorie M. Kreischer; his mother Fay A. Penman of Bloomsburg; his sisters, Vicki A. Penman of Bloomsburg, Sandra J. Sabol of Bloomsburg and Monica K. Howell of Millville; and his siblings' children, Eric S. Sabol of Bloomsburg and Sierra L. Sabol of Bloomsburg.
