She is survived by: her husband Joseph Mainzer; her children, Joe Mainzer Jr., June Gutshall (Jamie), Christopher Mainzer and Theresa Mainzer; her sister Helen Snyder; and her grandchildren, Nicole Mainzer, Jake Gutshall, Andi Gutshall and Liam Mainzer.
