He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Jefferson Street and Bloomsburg (Lime Ridge); his parents, Robert W. Rupert and Mamie F. Rupert (Robinholt); his wife Beverly A. Ritter; and his siblings, William Rupert, Robert Rupert, Harold Rupert, Floyd Rupert, Elizabeth Roeder and Lois Rupert.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Rupert; his sister Joyce Ansbach of Berwick; and his sister-in-law Joanne Rupert of Watsontown.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lime Ridge United Methodist Church (6405 4th St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the New Hope Church (6405 4th St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Lime Ridge United Methodist Church (6405 4th St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815).
