He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela A. Onisick (Wentworth); and his brother Robert M. Onisick, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Onisick; his father Robert M. Onisick, Sr. of Catawissa; his sons, Paul D. Boehmer (Phil) of Lewisburg, Peter A. Onisick (Emily) of Berwick and Parker B. Onisick of Bloomsburg; his parents-in-law, Larry and Josephine Deiterich of Bloomsburg; and his pet Meow Meow. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
