He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lizardi and Anna Lizardi (Evans); and his siblings, Joe Lizardi, Mary Hubbard and Kathy Birt.
He is survived by: his wife Linda D. Lizardi; his stepdaughters, Susan A. (Neil Young) of West Milton, Heather L. Taggart (Dana Yaremchak) of Milton and Jessica E. Taggart of Milton; his grandchildren, Connor T. Young and Haley A. Young; his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Hnylanski of Bloomsburg; his sisters-in-law, Sharon (Jeffrey Kitchens) of Richfield, PA and Judy (Paul Martin) of Lewisburg; and his aunt Beatrice Evans of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
