She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hyduk and Anna Hyduk (Zushin); her husband John A. "Jack" Augustine; and her brothers, Michael, George, Joseph, Andrew, John and Steve.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marie (Robert Prego) of Larksville and Jacqueline (Robert Burch) of Pequea; her grandchildren, Monica (Chad Morrow) of Pinehurst, NC, Bridget Prego of Bethesda, MD, Brandon Prego (Laura) of Orefield, Benjamin Burch of Washington Boro and David Burch of Quarryville; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Morrow, Luca Morrow, Aiden Prego and Aubrey Prego; and her sister-in-law Rita Olaf of Danville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and two cousins.
