He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelly and Jennie Amandeo; and his daughter Frances Geraldine Kelly. He is survived by: his grandson-in-law Ken; his child Dana; his wife Anna Marie Kelly (Francks); his granddaughter Dana M. McKinney (Ken) of Belton, Texas; and his children, Rosemarie Kelly of Bloomsburg, William Kelly Jr. of Philadelphia, Catherine Kelly of Philadelphia, Anna Marie Fleming (Charles) of Philadelphia, Robert Joseph Kelly of Philadelphia and David Joseph Kelly of Philadelphia. He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
