He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Breech and Gertrude Breech (Force); and his brother Donald Breech. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ellen Breech; his children, Tami B. Kline (Jim) of Jonestown and William R. Breech (Vicki) of Millville; his sister Elda "Dolly" Kitchen of Catawissa; his grandchildren, Rebecca Hile (Tadd), Sarah Ryan (Matthew), Jared Kline, Wendy Wagner, Michael Boudman and Benjamin Boudman; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Tori Hile, Zane, Lydia Ryan, Gavin and Isabella Boudman. He is also survived by niece, nephews and numerous cousins.

Memorial contributions in William's name are suggested to: the donor's favorite local charity.
