Henry of Ohio; her grandchildren, John, Franki, Jeremy, Marcus, Michaela, Roberto and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Adrian and Magnolia; her siblings, John "Jack" Kovalic, Patricia Pancoast and Carol Prozyhocki; her husband Thurman; and her sister Cheryl Musick.
