She was predeceased by: her parents, Apolonio Quebral and Fausditio Quebral; her husband James E. Menear; her son James E. Menear, II; and her granddaughter Jennifer.
She is survived by: her children, William D. (Freda Menear), Iva Jean Stefaniak, Richard A. (Peggy Menear), David R. (Christina Menear) and Brenda L. (Tom Smith); and her grandchildren, Laura Stevulak (Rich), Jamey Dixon (Charles), Becky Cumpston, Wesley Menear, Rick Menear (Christy), Brooke Ackerman (Jon), Ashly Menear and Jared Smith (Noah Smith). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
