She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth "Bud" Deavers and Orpha Ella Deavers (Weber); her husband James R. Bellis; her daughters, Kimberly Bellis Riggleman of Point Marion, Debbie Watson (Kit) of Enola and Janet Smith (Frank) of Dilliner; her grandchildren, Taelene Riggleman Swihart, Bobbi Ann Roupe, James Roupe, Robert Roupe and Corey Smith; and her siblings, Janet Dalton, Lance of Morgantown, Tom of Morgantown, Bill Deavers of Morgantown, Kenny, Dennis and Terry Deavers.
