Lazowicki (Kulp); his child Amber-Lee Lazowicki (Casey Kish); his grandchildren, Chaisley, Marisa and Julian; his sister Lisa Lazowicki; his nephew Cody Engle (Heather); his significant other Colleen O'Brien; Teagan.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles (85 S Walnut St, Boyertown, PA 19512).
