He was predeceased by: his parents, John Budley and Mary Jeanette Carll (Korb); his wife Donna R. Carll (Stewart); his daughter Rae Lynn Carll; his siblings, Duane Carll and Joyce Cercone; his brothers-in-law, Angelo Cercone and Dale Stewart; and his siblings' children, Shawn Stewart, Mark Cercone and Carol Carll.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynette Carll of Bradford and Melanie Woods (Steven) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Desiree Long (Adam) and Alex Woods (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Colton Long and Cade Long; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Stewart Ingersoll and Elizabeth Carll; and his sibling's children, Pam Morrison (Mark), Todd Stewart (Laurie), Michael Cercone (Nancy) and Jeffrey Carll.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to The Episcopal Church of the Accession, the Shriners Hospital, the Kiwanis Club or a charity of the donor's choice.
