He was predeceased by: his parents, Guerrino Celli and Santina Celli; his brother Eugene (Geno); his sisters-in-law, Betty (Geno) and Irene (Lou); and his former wife Dorothy Ward Driesbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dukeman Celli; his brother Louis Celli of Wheaton, IL; his sons-in-law, Marie Seymour, Keith Seymour, Julie Horton, Tom Horton of Carlisle, PA, Joy Nichols, Jan Nichols of Pine City, NY, Justine Maxson, Jennifer Pignataro and Victor Pignataro; and his grandchildren, Greg Seymour (Ronda), Scott Seymour (Jonelle), Bryan Seymour (Tanya), Steve Stone (Danna), Tom Horton Jr (Brandi), Jamie Horton (Nicole), Renee Knisely (Dave), Tristan Pignataro, Layne Maxson, Thea Maxson and Emily Green. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and several very special cousins, nieces and nephews.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to West Elmira Fire Departments or Chemung County Humane Society, Elmira NY.
