He was predeceased by: his wife Ann E. Haberstroh; his daughter Wendy Fulmer; and his siblings, Cathy, Mary, Bill and Larry.

He is survived by: his children, Jodi Sherlin (Randall) of Maine, Jason Fulmer (Megan) of Johnstown, Eric Fulmer of Ephrata and Abby Williams (Sean) of Duke Center; his stepson Will Haberstroh (Kim) of Myerstown; his brothers, Tinker and Denny Fulmer of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Patricia, Randall Jr., Brianna, Blair, Madison, Parker, Jessica, Natalie, Noah, Andee, Willow and Evelyn.

Memorial donations, if desired, can be made to the Bradford Baptist Church.
