He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Neil and Rosalie O'Neil (Green); and his siblings, James O'Neil and Kathleen O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Cindy O'Neil (Caswell); his daughters, Danielle O'Neil of Bradford and Stephanie Kelley (Brendon) of Lewis Run; his stepchildren, Stella Doriguzzi (Tony) of Bradford and Charles Reed of Bradford; and his brothers, Patrick O'Neil (Kimberly) of Smethport, Tim O'Neil (Melissa) of Bradford and Ray O'Neil (Amy) of Bradford. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two aunts and several nieces and nephews.
