She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Hazzard and Dorothy J. Hazzard (Fowler); and her half-sister Jamie H. Stanford. She is survived by: her husband Jerry L. Johnson Sr.; her children, Laurie Cullen (Mike) of Fleming Island, FL. and Jerry L. Johnson Jr. of Bradford; her granddaughter Kimberly D. Cullen; her sister Debbie Smith (Dave) of Bradford; her stepmother Cheryl Hazzard of Limestone; and her stepbrothers, Robert English and Mickey English.
