He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiliam D. Ruttan and Virginia Ruttan (Hale); and his siblings, Bill Ruttan and Jean Ruttan. He is survived by: his close friend Robin Pender; his siblings, Thomas Ruttan and Billie Jo Ruttan of Bradford; his siblings' children, Shannon Medlin, Hannah Ruttan, Sierra Kirtz and Dana Lafferty; and his aunt Phyllis Ross.
