He is survived by: his wife Deborah Osborne (DeLucia); his siblings, Valerie Meacham (Dean) of Bradford, Jody Zimmerman (Lee) of Bradford and David Kotnik (Rose) of Cleveland, OH; and his siblings' children, Sara Berlin, Jon Meacham, Dave Kotnik Jr. Bob Kotnik, Kait Ryan and Karlie Ryan.
