She is survived by: her spouses, Samuel Sylvester and Kenneth A. Shonts; her son Steve Sylvester of Hollywood; her stepson Ralph Shonts of Arkansas; her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Gomes and Valerie Bledsoe; and her niece Cindy Lovette-Kauffman.
