With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene W. Baxter (Bradford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Baxter and Marie Baxter (Farr); his wife Jane L. Baxter (Smith); his son Kevin Clark; his great grandchild Dominic Bleier; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Harrington (Jerry) of Limestone, NY, Karla Rounsville (Bill) of Limestone, NY, Kayann Cervola (Frank) of Chandler, AZ and Kelley Clark (Deb) of Limestone, NY; and his sister Marjorie Patmore of Kill Buck, NY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
