We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2019, at the age of 85, Evelyn R. Thorne (Bradford, Pennsylvania), born in Matawan, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenwood Thorne and Elizabeth Thorne (Kitzman); her former husband Arthur E. Crooks Sr.; her son Arthur E Crooks II; her grandson Kevin Lee Bishop; and her fiancé James W. Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Linda D. Bishop (Joe) of Bradford, Ruth Ann E. Kline (John) of Bradford and James W. Johnson (Judy) of Custer City. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions if desired, may be made to the Bradford Senior Center, or a charity of the donors choice.
