He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Guy and Daisey Toothman (Sergent); his wife Evelyn M. Toothman (Hughes); his sons, Okey Lynn Toothman, Sr., Dan A. Toothman and David Toothman; and his sisters, Christine Ebert, Maxine Black, Nadine Cross and Bernice Hixenbaugh.
He is survived by: his son Terry Toothman (Joseph Villone) of Mechanicsburg; and his granddaughters, Amy Severtson and Kristie Toothman.
