He is survived by: his parent Gertrude Markert Dexter; his spouse Janelle Bailey; his children, Alan Dexter (Amy) of Bradford, Amy LaVeck (Robert) of Gouverneur, N. Y., Anne Pessia (Wayne) of Cochocton and Becky Mix (Gordon) of Clover, S. C.; and his sister Alyce Knapp of Greensboro, N. C.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren with another expected in April; and many nieces and nephews.
