He was predeceased by: his brother William W. Skuba. He is survived by: his spouse Sharon Skuba (McCord); his children, Herbert S. Skuba, Jr. (Isa), Matthew Skuba (Nicole), Gary Skuba (Millini), Carole Lesly (Orbin) and Janet McCarty; his brother Robert Skuba (Gloria) of Pa; and his sister-in-law Nancy Skuba. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Alzheimer's Association or Humane Society.
