He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack C. Carns and Margaret Jean Carns (Passmore); his son Kevin M. Carns; and his sister Beverly Gamble. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Carns (Kervin); his wife Sue; his daughter Christine N. DuBois (Ken) of Bradford; his sister Linda Ross (George) of DuBois; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Gamble of Annville and Tod Kervin (Janet) of Pittsfield.
