He was predeceased by: his siblings, Earl Burkhouse, Maynard "Pete" Burkhouse, Lloyd Burkhouse and Roberta Martin. He is survived by: his wife Bonna Burkhouse (Wareham); his daughters, Susan Giannantonio (Bruce Winquist) of Humble, TX, Jamie Trask (Dave) of Smethport and Kerrie Pessia (Mark) of Lewis Run; and his sister Thelma Lammes (Dirk). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the Sawyer Evangelical Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
