He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Stuart and Zora Stuart (Galbreath); and his siblings, Donald "Duck" Stuart, Morgan Charles Jr., Joyce Cohen and Sylvia Stuart.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Hughes; his close friend Paula Stuart of Bradford; his children, James Stuart (Kimberly) of Charleston, SC, Jon Hughes of Bradford, Jason Stuart (Tionna) of La Vergne, TN, Robert, Ashley Trumpie (Robert) of Emporium and Jennifer Caber (Jeff) of Coudersport; and his brothers, Ed Stuart (Sandy) of Emporium and Richard Stuart (Tootsie) of Emporium. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
