He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Livingston and Katherine Shine Livingston; his son James Livingston, Jr.; his sister Patricia Schuppenhauer; and his sibling's children, Troy, Douglas Schuppenhauer and Angie Wackwitz.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth A. Gustafson; his wife Elizabeth A. "Betsy" Livingston of Bradford; his children, Ben Livingston (Kim) of Bradford, David Livingston (Kelly) of Bradford, Steve Livingston (Kathy) of Olean, NY and Denise Douthit of Lewis Run; his sister Carol Miller of Bradford; his grandchildren, James, Brittney, Tiffany, Kyle, Taya, Mitchell, Kristen, Ryleigh, Gage, McKenzie, Devin and Aireanna; and his nephew Richard Hedlund. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
