She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Robert and Eva G. Minor (Shaner); her son Dennis "Turk" Anderson; her sons-in-law, Philip Pecora and Gerald Gross; and her brother John Minor.
She is survived by: her husband William Baldwin; and her children, Jackie Gross of Derrick City, Sheryl Pecora of Ft. Myers, Cindy Kemery (Paul) of Bradford, John Anderson (Colette) of Kane and Tom Anderson (Kathy) of Bradford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and two nieces and one nephew.
