He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean E. Baney and Margaret Baney (Coone); and his brother Daniel Baney. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie (Cleveland); his children, Alecia Reynolds (Paul Jr.) of Bradford, Chad David Baney (Rachel) of Bradford and Jason Andrew Baney of Bradford; his grandchildren, Alexandria Baney, Victoria Zamberlan, Emily and Alexis Reynolds; his stepgrandchildren, Johna and Gavin Hart; and his siblings, Deborah Morris (Tom) of Bradford and Peter Baney (Sandra) of Reading. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
