He was predeceased by: his father Stephen J. Hvizdzak Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jean V. Hvizdzak (Luciano) of Bradford; his siblings, Linda Cardamone (Richard) of Bradford, Donna Seagren (Kenneth) of Bradford and Stephen "Michael" Hvizdzak (Kimberly) of Kathleen, GA; and his nephews, Matthew Hvizdzak, Sam Hvizdzak and Alex Hvizdzak.
Due to restriction in the church, Father asks that masks and social distancing will be observed.
