He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Campbell and Grace A. Closser Campbell; his former wife Sara "Sally" Barnes (Matthews); and his siblings, Bernard Campbell, Albert "Al" Campbell, Richard Campbell, Mary Lou Warner and Pauline Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Campbell (McCord Mesler); his daughter Kathi M. Campbell of Los Angeles, CA; his stepchildren, Susan Reigel of Kane, Donna Black of Bradford, Dan Turner of Punxsutawney and Fred Turner of Home, PA; and his sister Patricia Lycette of Carrollton, NY. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial if desired may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
