He is survived by: his sons, Brian Zukoski (Devon) of Tampa, FL and Steve Zukoski (Kim) of Tampa, FL; his brother Tom Zukoski (Pat) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Jared Zukoski, Brooklyn Zukoski and Aiden Zukoski; and his niece Pam Siebert (Zukoski).
